Nutritionist Carolyn Krupski, MS
Carolyn holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Columbia University, where she specializes in the intersection of endocrine health, gut function, and nutrition for mental wellness. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true health requires a multisystem perspective, moving beyond isolated symptoms to address the body’s underlying metabolic and neurological foundations.
During her time at Columbia, Carolyn pursued her honors thesis in the laboratory of Pathologist Dr. Eunhee Choi. Her research focused on the design and validation of insulin receptor agonists, contributing to the development of "smart drugs" for insulin resistance and diabetes. This deep dive into metabolic science informs her clinical work today, particularly her independent study of the complex physiology of PCOS (recently renamed PMOS).
In addition to her clinical nutrition work, Carolyn is the founder of Central Park Pilates. By bridging her background in nutrition with classical Contrology, she helps clients leverage the brain-to-core connection to regulate the nervous system and build metabolic resilience. Whether in the lab or on the mat at Cherry Hill, Carolyn is dedicated to providing research-backed strategies that help women navigate hormonal health with clarity and confidence.
