Experience a personalized Pilates session crafted to meet your individual fitness needs. Our one-on-one session in Central Park or at your home or workplace allows for a focused workout with tailored exercises. We'll come to you: we can accommodate classes at your workplace, home, or studio rental near you (about $150 per hour, rates may vary by neighborhood).
